The Great Southern Hotel is currently seeking an experienced casual Breakfast Cook and Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy working as part of a team in a busy Kitchen, then this is the role for you.

The successful candidate will have following attributes:
• Responsible, reliable, pro-active, passionate and dedicated to the industry
• Energetic and friendly
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Well presented, punctual positive and self-motivated
• Food hygiene and handling knowledge
• Proven ability in compliance with all food authority requirements including safety and hygiene practices
• Preferable Restaurant and/or Conference experience
• Able to prioritise job tasks within given time frame with a keen eye for detail
