ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาที่เราไม่สามารถหลีกเลี่ยงได้ โดยเฉพาะถ้าเราใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในประเทศออสเตรเลีย เพราะว่าภาษาหลักของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศออสเตรเลียก็คือภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับคนที่กำลังเรียนภาษาที่สองอยู่ ผมเข้าใจว่ามันเป็นอะไรที่ยากลำบาก แต่ผมเชื่อว่า ความพยายามอยู่ที่ไหน ความสำเร็จก็อยู่ที่นั่น เพราะว่ายิ่งคุณฝึกภาษาอังกฤษมากเท่าไหร่ มันก็ยิ่งทำให้ภาษาอังกฤษของคุณสมบูรณ์แบบมากเท่านั้น

Songkran: an opportunity to become a new YOU
As we are in the ‘Songkran Festival’ period, not only that we are prepared to get ‘Wet and Wild’, but remember that we are also entering a new resolution, as we get ready to celebrate the Thai traditional New Year’s Day. From year to year, I would always ask myself, what is the purpose of life? I am certain that everyone will have different answers. As we begin a new year, we often look for new a purpose or seek for a new goal. You may want to save up for a new car, plan for an amazing wedding, or just change your way of looking at the world.
For me, my resolution is to become the person that I want to be, to find out who I really am. It is a good idea to have these resolutions in mind, but you also need a strong mindset to make these resolutions come true. I do believe that actions speak louder than words, it is never enough just to say something, you also have to do what you say you are going to do. Now that we are only a week away from ‘Songkran’, I would like you to ask yourself this question, what are your resolutions for the New Year?
Let’s end with a thoughtful question that I asked earlier, what is the purpose of life? I deeply believe that the purpose of life is to create a life of purpose.

ครูอยากให้นักเรียนถามตัวเองว่า นักเรียนได้ตั้งปณิธานใหม่ สำหรับปีใหม่หรือยัง? เรามาจบท้ายกันด้วยการตอบคำถามที่ครูได้ถามไว้เมื่อสักครู่ดีกว่านั้นก็คือ จุดประสงค์ของชีวิตคืออะไร? ครูเชื่อมั่นและตอบได้เต็มปากเลยว่าจุดประสงค์ของชีวิตก็คือการสร้างชิวิตที่เต็มไปด้วย จุดประสงค์นั่นเองครับ
