Looking for a share mate in Fortitude Valley. Room available 9th March.

The house is a townhouse 4bedroom 2 bathroom 3Toilet. Currently 5 people living here. (3male, 2female) One of the housemate is moving out so we need a new person to accommodate the spare room.
We are looking for a female house mate. We are very international and student friendly.

Private room, fully furnished. $170/wk. Unlimited wifi internet.
We are looking for someone who can keep clean and follow house rules.

Kitchen and living area fully equipped with everything you need to cook and eat. Large fridge available.
We are very open to bringing friends over for dinners and drinks. Sometimes we cook for each other and have some drinks together as a house.

Living room has aircon, tv and sofa.
Outdoor BBQ area with shared swimming pool.

Street Parking is available.

Bond is required of 4 weeks rent. (I understand if you need a bit of time to get the bond ready after you move in)
You will get all bond back at the time you move out unless you damage the room or house.
