Pretty well in a good condition and a very convenient with restaurants, cafes and shops around.
The room is all furnished with a single bed, desk chair, air conditioner.
We have pool and BBQ facility for the Apartment.
You can smoke outside of balcony area.
All bills are included (hot water, electricity and high speed unlimited internet)
Rent: $150 a week
Bond: $300
