"เมื่อวันที่ 26 ตุลาคม 2559 นาย Andrew Treble ประธานสมาคมออสเตรเลีย-ไทย (แคนเบอร์รา) Australia-Thailand Association (Canberra) – ATA และนางนาฏสุดา พิตต์แมน รองประธานสมาคมฯ พร้อมด้วยคณะฯ เข้าพบนายจิระชัย ปั้นกระษิณ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงแคนเบอร์รา เพื่อแนะนำคณะกรรมการชุดใหม่และแจ้งแผนงานในอนาคตของสมาคมฯ
ในโอกาสนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้แสดงความยินดีกับการเข้ารับตำแหน่งของนาย Andrew Treble ประธานสมาคม ATA และคณะกรรมการชุดใหม่ และกล่าวขอบคุณสมาคม ATA ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเชื่อมโยงชุมชนไทยและ Friends of Thailand ชาวออสเตรเลียในกรุงแคนเบอร์รา และช่วยเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีในระดับประชาชนต่อประชาชนของทั้งสองประเทศ และย้ำว่า สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ พร้อมและยินดีให้การสนับสนุนกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของ ATA อย่างต่อเนื่องต่อไป"

The Newly Elected Committee Members of ATA called on Thai Ambassador
"On 26 October 2016, Mr. Andrew Treble, the newly elected President of the Australia-Thailand Association (Canberra) – ATA and Mrs. Natsuda Pittman, Vice President called on H.E. Mr. Chirachai Punkrasin, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, to introduce the newly elected committee members and to brief the Ambassador about its future plan and activities in 2017.
On this occasion, the Ambassador congratulated the newly elected President and members of ATA and thanks the ATA for their kind support in bridging the Thai community in Canberra with Australian Friends of Thailand as well as promoting people to people relation. The Ambassador also reiterated the Embassy’s continued support to the ATA activities in the future."
