Maxima have been engaged to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Helpdesk & Desktop Support Analyst to join our clients IT team. The role is casual with the view to go permanent for the right candidate, based on the north side of Brisbane this is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing international company with a global presence. You must be able to speak fluent Thai to apply.

This position as Helpdesk & Desktop Support Analyst will see you provide level 1 and 2 support, providing phone and email support to an internal user base nationally and internationally. You will be responsible for logging and resolving level 1 and 2 hardware and software issues in a Microsoft environment.
